De Drentse Rust – The Garden House is housed in our standalone garden house of 30 m2, which has been converted into a romantic and cozy vacation retreat. Notably, it features a 6-meter-long glass front, inviting you to gaze into the garden from the bed for hours.

Upon arrival, we hand over the key. You enter the garden house through your own entrance. At the entrance, there is a private terrace where you can sit and relax by the goldfish pond.

You have access to a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Towels, bathrobes, shower products, and a hairdryer are ready for you.

In the living/sleeping area, there is a queen-size bed with a view of the garden, a rustic dining table with armchairs. Naturally, there is free Wi-Fi.

During your stay, you can enjoy unlimited tea and Nespresso coffee. There is also a mini-fridge and plenty of tableware. There is central heating if it’s a bit chilly, but no standard air conditioning. However, you can rent one for an additional 5 Euros per day for electricity costs.

The guesthouse is suitable for a maximum of two adults and/or a baby/toddler. A crib can be added. A high chair is available upon request.

Smoking is not allowed. However, you can smoke on the private terrace by the entrance and in the old garden.

You can bring 1 dog FREE of charge upon consultation. The garden is fully enclosed and therefore safe for dogs. We have a small dog ourselves who would enjoy running around with yours.

You can park your car for free on our premises.
